People keep sending me asks about what I get when I go grocery shopping. So here ya go. This + toiletries was ~$80. I don’t think that is too bad.

This is from a fitness blog I follow … I cringe every time they post what they eat because I see almost NO organics or mentioning of local produce/farmer’s markets.  There is so much GMO in this post that I truly wonder how nutritionally educated these “FITSPO” people are.

being a pretentious ass.
Surprise surprise! Not everyone is a privileged little shit that can afford to purchase organic foods or go to a farmers market and buy their local produce. ‘Round here its 2 dollars for a pound of organic bananas vs 69 cents for the other ones. That’s more than a 100% increase on the price and when you don’t have a lot of money that starts to add up. Grass-fed beef and chicken? Typically 8 dollars a pound. “Free range eggs”? 5 bucks a carton. No thank you.
People like you really grind my fucking gears. lol. Don’t attack others for what foods they choose to consume, its actually none of your fucking business. If it makes you “cringe” (what a little drama queen) when she posts her food then just unfollow her.
whaaat a pompous little fuck. omf.

So not true!!! Organic is cheap too! Bananas at target are .24 each where as organic bananas from trader goes are only .19 each. It’s a matter of knowing where to go. Coupons help too! On a very right budget but I will always buy organic even if its just a bit more because in the long it still affect your health. You might spend an extra $20 on groceries but you could be saving yourself thousands in medical expenses. So piss off.

….so because I eat non organic bananas, I am going to end up in the hospital. Seems legit. Sorry, that extra $20 goes to gas and bills. I have a budget and I have to stick to it. I have been eating like this for 2 years and I am the healthiest I have ever been. So you piss off.

YOU CAN’T YELL AT SOMEONE FOR EATING THE WRONG KIND OF BANANA. IT’S A FUCKING BANANA. YOU JUST TOLD SOMEONE THEY WERE GOING TO END UP WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS FOR EATING THE WRONG KIND OF BANANA. BANANA. AS IN GOOD FOR YOU. B A N A N A. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.
